To implement the government’s strategy for further expanding opening-up, seize development opportunities in the Middle Eastern market, and promote exchange and cooperation in fields such as construction machinery, new energy equipment, and artificial intelligence, a Hunan Provincial delegation led by Ulan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, visited Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates from November 9 to 14 (local time). Li Zhenlai, Chairman of the company, joined the delegation as a member.

On November 10 (local time) in Riyadh, the Hunan Central International Machinery Park (Riyadh) Promotion and Project Signing Ceremony was held in Saudi Arabia. Li Zhenlai attended the event and witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between the company and Man Energy. While in Saudi Arabia, Li Zhenlai accompanied the delegation in visits to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, holding in-depth discussions on further advancing the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

On November 14 (local time) in Dubai, the Promotion Conference on Hunan’s New Energy Equipment and Artificial Intelligence Entering the Middle East was held in the UAE. Li Zhenlai signed a memorandum of understanding with UAE-based Bosen International BLC. During the stay in the UAE, Li Zhenlai also conducted an on-site inspection of the DAMAC Golf Green 2 Project to oversee construction progress.

Relevant leaders from the SHICO’s Strategic Development Department (Enterprise Management Center), the Saudi Branch, and the UAE Branch also participated.
