On the afternoon of February 12, Li Zhenlai, Chairman of SHICO, led a delegation to the Beijing headquarters of Marubeni Corporation for business discussions. The two sides explored cooperation in the new energy sector and jointly advancing market development. KOBAYASHI RYOTA, General Manager of Marubeni’s Overseas Power Department II, and TASHIRO KOSUKE, Deputy General Manager, warmly received the delegation.

During the meeting, both sides provided brief overviews of their respective business layouts, strengths, and development plans. They held in-depth discussions on jointly developing new energy projects in regions such as the Middle East and Africa, as well as on future cooperation models. Both parties agreed to fully leverage Hunan Construction Investment Group’s end-to-end service capabilities and Marubeni’s strengths in investment and financing, to strengthen global business cooperation, elevate the level of collaboration, deliver more practical outcomes, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win development.
